Position: Power Platform & Dynamics 365 CE Intern Employment Type: Internship Location: Bhubaneswar / Remote Experience: Freshers / 0–1 Year Domain: Microsoft Power Platform & Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement About the Role We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Power Platform & Dynamics 365 CE Interns who want to build a career in the Microsoft Business Applications ecosystem. The intern will work on real-world learning projects involving Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Dynamics 365 CE, Power Pages, and Copilot/AI capabilities under the guidance of experienced trainers and consultants. Key Responsibilities Learn and work with Microsoft Power Platform. Develop Canvas Apps and Model-driven Apps using Power Apps. Create and manage Dataverse tables, columns, relationships, views, forms, and business rules. Build business process automation using Power Automate. Learn and configure Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) applications. Work with Dynamics 365 Sales concepts such as Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities, Activities, and Business Processes. Understand security roles, teams, business units, and environment concepts. Develop basic Power Pages solutions. Work with Dataverse Web API and basic JavaScript customization. Explore Copilot Studio and AI capabilities within the Microsoft ecosystem. Participate in project-based assignments and practical demonstrations. Troubleshoot basic application and automation issues. Prepare technical documentation and project notes. Collaborate with trainers, developers, consultants, and other interns. Required Skills Basic understanding of programming and databases. Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is an advantage. Basic knowledge of SQL is preferred. Interest in Microsoft technologies and cloud platforms. Logical thinking and problem-solving ability. Good communication and willingness to learn. Responsibilities
Responsibilities – Power Platform & Dynamics 365 CE Intern Assist in developing Power Apps using Canvas and Model-driven Apps. Create and configure Dataverse tables, columns, relationships, forms, views, and business rules. Build and maintain Power Automate workflows and business process automation. Assist with configuration and customization of Dynamics 365 CE / CRM. Work with Dynamics 365 Sales features including Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Activities, and Business Process Flows. Assist in implementing security roles, teams, business units, and environment configurations. Support basic JavaScript, Web API, and Dataverse customizations. Assist in developing and maintaining Power Pages solutions. Explore and implement Copilot Studio and AI-based business solutions. Perform testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and issue resolution. Participate in real-world Power Platform and Dynamics 365 projects. Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and project reports. Collaborate with developers, consultants, trainers, and project teams. Follow Microsoft Power Platform development and implementation best practices. Continuously learn new Microsoft technologies and contribute to internal technical projects.
Requirements
Requirements – Power Platform & Dynamics 365 CE Intern Basic understanding of Microsoft Power Platform and cloud technologies. Familiarity with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse is preferred. Basic understanding of Dynamics 365 CE / CRM concepts is an advantage. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is preferred. Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases. Understanding of REST APIs / Web APIs is an advantage. Basic programming knowledge in C#, JavaScript, or any programming language. Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills. Good verbal and written communication skills. Willingness to learn and work with new Microsoft technologies. Ability to work independently as well as in a team. Good analytical and troubleshooting skills. Candidates should be comfortable working on hands-on assignments and real-world projects. Freshers and recent graduates from B.Tech, BCA, MCA, B.Sc., M.Sc., or related technical backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Power Platform or Dynamics 365 certifications are an added advantage but not mandatory.
